Dr. Kanwar Vikas Singh, known as Dr. Vikas Rana in the circle, is a serial entrepreneur. He is a founder Director in Inulite Nutraceuticals (P) Ltd, Rigela Nutritech (P) Ltd and Manbio Technology Solutions.

 He brings in a unique combination of his vast knowledge in Biophysics, Nano chemistry and analytical assay reagents along with experience in establishing industrial pilots for chemical process units. 

Dr. Vikas is a renowned scientist with 2 patents under his name, and another 3 applied for. He has published many research papers in leading international journals and have supervised the Master’s and Doctoral programs of many students. 

He is a recipient of TONY B Young Scientist Award from Society for Lab Automation and Screening in 2010 in USA for his work in bioassay and biosensor development lab in PSU, Portland, Oregon USA.

A National UGC scholar in his MSc (Hons) Biophysics degree from Panjab university, Dr. Vikas completed his PhD in Biophysics from Institute of Microbial Technology, CSIR, before moving to Switzerland (Fellow SDC- Swiss Agency for Development & Cooperation) and further as reserach faculty in Portland State University, Oregon USA to pursue his post-doctoral research.

He Brings a plethora of experience in techniques such as 

Chromatorgraphy: LC, HPLC, Ion Exchange, Affinity and Gel Permeation. 

Chemical Synthesis: Small Molecular Haptens, Linkers, Labelled Bioconjugates, Nano Particles, Regular and Inert chemistry.

Characterization: IR, FTIR, UV and MASS Spectrometry, NMR

Bioreagents and Bioassay:  Antibodies and DNA based Bioassays and Biosensors, Enzymatic assays and sensors,   

Membrane Separation: Micro-ultra and Nanofilteration systems from Lab to Commercial Scale.

After deciding to contribute and apply his learnings to the industry, he returned to India and started his research on Inulin spear-heading the research team from inception. 

He brings in scientific innovation culture, engineering processes and analytical problem-solving approach to the group.

Dr. Rakesh K Bijarnia, popularly known as Dr. Chaudhary in the circle, is a founder director in  La Hope Diagnostics & Research (P) Limited, Medzome Life Sciencez and Medzome Truescan Labs (P) Ltd, 

 Dr. Rakesh K. Bijarnia is a former Marie-Curie postdoctoral fellow and worked at University Hospital (Inselspital) Bern, Switzerland. His research in Switzerland showed promising results, which were highly acknowledged, and he received Alice L. Jee memorial young Investigator award by the International bone and mineral society, Idaho, USA. 

He received another INCOMED fellowship by the Marie-Curie action under 7th framework programme of European Union for conducting research at Vall d’Hebron Institut de Recerca (VHIR), Barcelona, Spain. 

He has published various articles in internationally reputed peer-reviewed journals, received research grants and applied for patents etc.  

Dr. Bijarnia has plenty of experience in the field of animal and cell culture, microbial techniques.

He has been working torelessely in development of Bioreagents and easy to use Bioassay kits for last 10 years. 

His diligence has brought him an unmatched experience in getting licensing and documentation expertise for biologicals and Bioassay kits in India.   

 Dr. Amit Kamboj, did his PhD from Department of Biochemistry, Panjab University, Chandigarh.

He received the prestigious postdoctoral fellowship at the Division of Neurodegenerative Disorders, St Boniface Hospital Research Centre, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. 

He brings in a lot of experience in animal experiments, neurotoxicity and oxidative stress, mechanism of anti-oxidant activity using both animals and mammalian cell culture models.

His skills include isolation and stabilization of mammalian cell lines, including neurons and astrocytes, histopathology, histochemical and immunohistochemical techniques.

Apart from general microbiological techniques, he is proficient in molecular biology techniques and is recognized for his  research using UV-VIS/Fluorescence spectrometry, Confocal Microscopy, Immuno-cytochemistry, electrophoretic biomolecular separation and enzymatic studies.

His work has been published in various articles in internationally reputed peer-reviewed journals amd recognized through various awards and grants. 

 Vishal brings in a deep retail industry experience. Having been a senior executive with Polaris Retail and Johnson Control with exposure to retail markets across Middle East, South East Asia and Africa. 

He was responsible for Solution Sales for Polaris and Operations for Retail business of Johnson Control across South Asian countries.

A recognized leader in sales and marketing in various industry verticals, he has widely travelled across the globe and is exposed to various geographies and cultures. 

He has brought turn around in businesses, have successfully opened new territories and managed large teams.

Vishal has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Applications from Kurukshetra University and an MCA from Visvesvaraya Technological University.

Married to Pooja Rana, they have three beautiful school going daughters. He likes travelling, exploring new cultures and Reading Sci Fi, Thrillers & Political Documentaries.
